How does AI intake work on your request page?

Offerte.cc gives you a personal request page with its own URL to share with potential customers. Instead of a blank form, your customer can have a short AI conversation that asks the follow-up questions you would ask: what the job involves, the address, measurements, and the details your trade needs. The AI knows your services, so its questions adapt to the job.

Answers stay quick: when possible, the AI offers reply buttons so the customer does not have to type everything. Customers can also attach photos. When the conversation is complete, the request appears under Requests in your dashboard with the full conversation attached.

By default, Offerte.cc automatically converts a complete request into a draft quote. You review the draft and decide when to send it. If you disable Automatically create quotes, the request stays under Requests and you click Create quote when you want to turn it into a draft.

Prefer a classic form? Every request page has one too. If the AI chat cannot continue, your customer gets a link to that form. Previously entered details are carried over where possible.
