As soon as it understands what the job is about, the AI intake now asks for a phone number and email right away, before all the details. That way you can always follow up on a request, even if the customer drops off halfway. The work address is filled in through a proper address picker instead of free typing, and an address the customer corrects later now reaches you correctly.

The website now shows more clearly how the AI intake asks follow-up questions, gathers job details, and prepares a draft quote. AI intake and the classic request form now each have their own guide.

Ask the AI to split a long pasted job description into separate quote lines and it now turns it into tidy individual lines instead of stalling. If the line you split already had a price, it spreads that amount across the new lines instead of zeroing everything out. And if an edit does fail, a Try again button appears right on the message, so you never have to retype.

Just started a new quote and refreshed the page right away? That first line could sometimes look lost. From now on your unsaved work is restored automatically when you come back, so you never have to retype it.

The AI that drafts your quotes, reads photos, and handles your intake now runs on Google's latest Gemini models. You'll notice sharper image and document recognition and cleaner wording in the quote itself.

If the intake chat runs into trouble, your customer no longer gets stuck. One click takes them to the regular request form, with whatever they already gave in the chat (name, address, description) prefilled. No more lost requests over a hiccup.

The unread counter next to Notifications in the menu turned an ugly dark color on hover and on the notifications page. It now uses the same calm badge style everywhere.

The pricing page has been redesigned around three plans: Pro ($99/mo), Business ($299/mo), and Scale. Switch each plan between monthly and yearly, and a clear comparison table shows exactly what you get. Your first 10 quotes that you send stay free, with every Pro feature. The whole billing and subscription FAQ has been rewritten.

The Approve button your customer sees on a quote is back in your brand color instead of the default orange, with a clean, calm look again. Your brand's button shape (rounded, square or pill) works again too.

The customer card now shows a Source field: where a new request came from. When someone lands on your request form via Google, Facebook, your own website or an ad, we capture the referring link and the full landing URL with every campaign parameter (utm, gclid, fbclid). So you can see, per customer, which channel brought them in. For existing customers we fill it in approximately where we can, marked as estimated.

The AI and customer panels in the quote editor got cleaner: a calmer, centered starting view with the example prompts up front, and the customer conversation now shows your customer's name right away. Attachments and version history look more consistent, and your terms & conditions now sit neatly as an attachment with a quick link to your company settings.

The AI now only picks units from your own list (piece, hour, m², or your custom units) and no longer makes up new ones. Want to change a unit? Just ask in the AI chat ("change the unit to piece") or pick another one in the line menu — even if an odd unit is still on the line.

The app now matches the fresh style of our homepage: brighter orange, white cards with soft shadows, rounder corners and buttons with a bit more depth. Everything works the same — it just looks a lot livelier.

When you create an account we now also ask for your phone number, with a handy country picker (search by country or dialing code, with the Netherlands, US and UK pinned to the top). That lets us connect WhatsApp and SMS intake to your own number and recognize customers more reliably. The same picker now also appears in your company and profile settings. Existing accounts don't need to do anything.

Behind the scenes, Offerte.cc now has a backup AI. If our main AI provider has an outage, we switch the whole app over to the backup in one go, so quote drafting, intake conversations and emails keep working. Once the outage is over, we switch back.

There's now a Feedback button at the bottom of the menu, on every page. Give a thumbs up or down on how something works and add a short note about what could be better. We automatically know which page you're on, so we see your comment in the right context and can act on it quickly.

If you typed a line in the quote editor and reloaded the page right away, that last change could sometimes be lost. We now save your edit even when you leave the page just before autosave finishes.

The AI cover letter with your quote now walks through each of your services by default, explaining what you do and what the customer can expect. No more vague "see the quote below", and no need to ask for a fuller version.

The tabs (Quote, Letter, Attachments, Appointments, Settings) were overflowing on small screens. They now scroll horizontally instead of bleeding over each other.

The pipeline view of your quotes sometimes froze on mobile and the duplicate menu flickered. That's fixed. You now swipe cleanly through one stage at a time, the action button on each card is visible right away, and you load more quotes with a button instead of endless scrolling.

In your quote preview, your logo in the contact block could get cut off on the right edge, especially with a long email address or website. It now stays neatly inside the card.

Customer addresses are now cleanly split into street, house number, postal code and city — with address search that fills the address in for you, including in the request form and the AI intake. Business customers can have a separate billing address alongside the work address. And when sending a reminder you can now type in an email address right away if the customer doesn't have one yet, and save it to the customer at the same time.

Did someone start a conversation with your AI chatbot and drop off before it became a request? You now get an automatic notification about it, with whatever details the AI already picked up. That way you can follow up with that customer yourself instead of losing them. Turn the email on or off under Settings → Account → Notifications.

After sending a quote, the Saved toast at the bottom could keep reappearing, again and again, for minutes. The editor kept re-saving the same quote even though nothing had changed. Fixed: it now only saves when something actually changed, so the toast appears once and then stays quiet.

The AI chat customers use to send a request could, in rare cases, get stuck on an unusually long or oddly formatted AI reply. Fixed: the chat now always shows the message and no longer freezes, so a customer can finish their request without interruption.

The AI request chat could ask an already-answered question again later, in different words — for example asking how often to clean after the job got smaller. The chat now remembers per topic what the customer already answered and enforces it technically, so your customers never have to repeat themselves.

The security check during account creation could wrongly report that verification failed on some addresses, blocking new users from signing up. Fixed: creating an account now works everywhere again.

Does a customer ask for several jobs at once, for example window cleaning and facade cleaning? The AI now takes your best-matching template as the base and pulls the extra lines from your other matching templates, merged into one clean quote. Shared call-out or start-up fees are automatically collapsed into a single line instead of being charged twice. And your templates now also count when you start a quote yourself by describing the job in the editor.

The video on our landing pages now shows the entire preview image. You can see all the important information before pressing play, without parts of the image being cut off.

When a request comes in through the form, email, or WhatsApp, the AI now first checks whether one of your templates fits the job. If the match is clear, the AI uses that template as the base and adjusts quantities, lines, and prices to the request; if nothing fits well enough, the AI simply drafts a new quote as before, because a wrong match is worse than no match. In the quote's version history you can see both the template that was used and the tailored version, and restore either one.

A quote you restore from the trash now gets back the status it had, so a sent or approved quote is no longer reset to draft. And while a quote sits in the trash, your customer sees a friendly notice that the quote was withdrawn via the public link, with your phone number and email address for questions, instead of the full quote.

In the customer conversation in the sidebar, Enter now simply adds a new line, so a half-typed message no longer goes to the customer by accident. You send with ⌘/Ctrl + Enter or the Send button, with a hint on the button so you spot the shortcut right away.

You can now drop files directly onto the upload area for documents, price lists, quotes, logos, and customer conversations. Clicking to choose a file still works too.

The English marketing pages (offerte.cc/en) now use the same refreshed design as the Dutch site. Dutch and English pages share one structure, with market-specific copy, examples, and pricing. A simple footer switcher lets visitors move between Dutch and English.

Photos and files shared through a customer conversation now stay visible in the conversation and under Attachments on the quote.

Logos with a space in the filename showed up as a broken image in some email clients (like Gmail). That's fixed: your logo now loads everywhere. The quote email also reads better on mobile, with the details stacked neatly.

On narrow phone screens the public quote page sometimes overflowed: the send button in the customer chat, long email addresses, and the logo next to the contact details. It all fits neatly now. The approve/reject bar at the bottom has been redesigned with two clear buttons side by side.

Quotes with Agreements incorrectly showed "Agreements changed" after sending, and publishing again then failed with "No changes since the last sent version". That's fixed: the change list is accurate again, and when there's truly nothing to publish you now go straight through to the email screen.

Quotes now have a Terms tab for frequency, start date, payment conditions and your own terms. The customer sees this neatly between the proposal and the price. AI, templates and defaults in your quote settings fill them in for you.

The English version now has more public content: blog, updates, FAQ, comparison pages, and a separate U.S. knowledge base for American small businesses. Product updates and product questions are translated; the knowledge base is separate so tax, contract, and payment guidance fits the U.S. context.

The public pages now have a calmer, clearer design with better mobile rendering, smoother interactive sections, and sharper typography.

After using Extend and remind, the quote page now settles cleanly: the old expired message disappears immediately and the saved notification no longer keeps coming back. The reminder copy is sharper too: Offerte.cc only writes the short follow-up email and no longer accidentally reuses the original quote letter.
