What happens when I cancel?

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your quotes, customers, services, and documents all stay accessible. Nothing gets deleted.

If something about your plan isn't working, or you run into an issue, send us a message. We'll always look for a fair solution.

Want your account fully deleted? Let us know explicitly. We'll then permanently remove your data. That doesn't happen automatically when you cancel.
