Can I turn a request into a quote?

Incoming requests from your request page appear under Requests in the dashboard. Open a request to review what the customer needs, their contact details, any photos, and the full AI conversation.

By default, complete requests are converted into draft quotes automatically. The AI reads the request, carries over the customer details, and creates line items based on your service catalog. You review the draft, make any changes, and then send the quote link.

If you disabled Automatically create quotes in Settings → Request form, the request stays under Requests instead. Open it and click Create quote to start the same conversion manually.

If a request is too vague for a useful quote, leave it open and ask the customer for the missing details before creating the draft.
