Atlas alternative
Let AI draft each quote from your own prices.
DoneQuote handles the quote from lead to deal: it takes the request, drafts line items from your prices, flags a price that is not in that list, and sends one reminder before the quote expires. You review and send. Atlas Proposal, from buildatlas.ai, turns your quote into a page customers can adjust and sign.

In practice
How the quoting work gets done
Review a drafted quote
Describe the job, paste a request or attach a photo. DoneQuote drafts the line items from your catalog. A price that is not in the list stays flagged for you to check before you send.
On Genesis Pro, describe the job in a chat and get a branded proposal with Good-Better-Best pricing. Atlas does not describe where the drafted prices come from.
Let customers choose packages and optional extras
Offer packages and optional extras on the quote. The approved version records the customer’s selection, so you can refer back to the agreed work.
Customers switch add-ons on and change quantities on per-unit items. The total, tax and deposit update as they choose.
Collect the details for a quote
On Business, customers answer follow-up questions in a chat on your request page. A complete request can become a draft quote for your review.
Atlas Proposal’s feature list has no request form or intake chat. Orion, Atlas’s AI phone receptionist, answers calls, qualifies leads and books appointments for $50–$199/month.
Hi! What can I help you with?
Facade cleaning for our office, about 1,300 sq ft.
Got it. Should the fascia boards be included too?
Great. Could you add a photo of the facade, and the address?

Thanks, that is everything I need. Your quote is on its way.
Follow up before the quote expires
Pro sends one automatic reminder before the quote expires. You can also follow up by hand.
See when the customer opened the proposal and which add-ons they picked, and get an email when they sign. Atlas’s public pages describe no automatic reminder.
