How the quoting work gets done
Import your price list
Hand over your website and price list as a spreadsheet, CSV or PDF. DoneQuote builds the account and emails you when it is ready.
Items used on estimates are saved with their prices. The web app also imports an items CSV from Excel, Numbers or QuickBooks.
Review a drafted quote
Describe the job, paste a request or attach a photo. Check the drafted scope, quantities and prices before sending; missing prices and AI estimates need your review.
Choose saved items, enter rates and quantities, and add markups or taxes. Built-in AI improves the notes and descriptions you write.
Let customers choose packages and optional extras
Offer packages and optional extras on the quote. The approved version records the customer’s selection, so you can refer back to the agreed work.

Follow up before the quote expires
One automatic reminder goes out before the quote expires. You can also send a manual follow-up from the quote.
