How the quoting work gets done
Review a drafted quote
Describe the job, paste a request or attach a photo. Check the drafted scope, quantities and prices before sending; missing prices and AI estimates need your review.
Look up saved Price Items or reuse a quote template. Quotient’s reviewed documentation does not list AI quote drafting.
Import your price list
Hand over your website and price list as a spreadsheet, CSV or PDF. DoneQuote builds the account and emails you when it is ready.
Import up to 1,000 new items per CSV, with 5,000 items in total. Connected Xero or QuickBooks Online accounts also support item lookups.
Collect the details for a quote
On Business, customers answer follow-up questions in a chat on your request page. A complete request can become a draft quote for your review.

Let customers choose packages and optional extras
Offer packages and optional extras on the quote. The approved version records the customer’s selection, so you can refer back to the agreed work.
Customers can select optional items and multiple-choice groups, and edit quantities. The total updates as they choose.
Switching from Quotient
Import your price list to start new quotes in DoneQuote. Existing Quotient documents and history are not migrated; save the records you need and finish or withdraw open quotes before moving that work.
