Can I import a price list?

Under "Services" in the menu you'll find the option to import a price list. You can upload files in Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or PDF format. The AI reads the file and recognizes the services, units, and prices.

After the import you see an overview of what the AI recognized. Check the names, units, and amounts before you save. Sometimes a price is in an odd format or a service has an unclear name: you then adjust that quickly. For most standard price lists the import goes smoothly right away.

If your price list looks a bit more irregular, for example a Word document or a PDF with complex formatting, the AI may not recognize everything perfectly. In that case it's useful to check the most important services by hand and correct them where needed.
