How do I add services and prices?

Go to "Services" in the menu and click "Add service". For each service you enter a name, a short description, the unit (for example "per hour", "per sq ft", "per item"), and the price. You can also set a tax rate per service.

The more detail you give in your service descriptions, the better the AI can pick a fitting service when it drafts a quote. A service called "Exterior wall painting" with a good description gives the AI much more to work with than a service labeled only "Painting".

Have a lot of services? Then importing is easier than entering everything by hand. You can upload an existing price list as Excel, CSV, or PDF, and the AI pulls the services and prices out of it automatically. After the import you review the result and adjust a few things if needed.
