How does the AI create a quote?

When you create a new quote, you can describe the job in plain language. Write, for example: "Renovate bathroom, 13 by 10 feet, including tiles and replacing the plumbing fixtures." The AI processes that text, recognizes the work, and creates a list of line items. It then links those to the services and prices you entered earlier in your service catalog.

The difference with other tools is that the AI doesn't just invent a generic price. It starts from your own rates and descriptions. If you have a service "Tiling per sq ft" at $4.50, that's exactly the rate the AI uses. You can also upload photos: the AI analyzes them and counts, for instance, the number of windows, doors, or square feet that need to be treated.

After generating, all line items are simply editable. You can add, remove, or adjust lines through a text field ("Add 2 outlets") or directly in the table. The AI is a starting point, not an end point. You only send the quote once you're happy with it.
