How do I create my first quote?

Click "New quote" in the dashboard. You choose whether to describe the job in text, upload a photo, or combine both. Then type what needs to be done: "Paint kitchen, 4 walls, rough plaster present." The AI generates a proposal with line items and prices based on your service catalog.

When you work from the quote overview on a phone, tap New. Choose Blank quote to start without a base, or From template to pick a template or standard structure first.

Review the proposal. If something is wrong or missing, adjust it through the text field ("Remove the finishing line item, add 2 extra doors") or directly in the table. You can also add lines by hand. When you're happy, add the customer details and click "Save quote".

You send it via a personal link that you share with your customer. The customer opens the link in their browser, sees a clean view of the quote, and can approve it online. You don't have to export anything or send it as an attachment unless you want to.
