What if the customer wants changes?

If a customer has questions or wants something changed, you make the change to the quote in DoneQuote. Use the AI ("Replace the countertop line item with a worktop at $320") or adjust the lines by hand. Save the changes.

The customer doesn't need a new link. The existing link always shows the most current version of the quote. Send your customer a quick message that the quote has been updated, and they can view it right away and still approve it.

If a customer has rejected the quote, or there's a misunderstanding about the scope, you can also create a completely new quote based on the existing one (by duplicating it). That way you keep the original version intact and work on with a clean slate for the revised version.
