How do I set AI instructions?

Go to "Instructions" in the menu. Here you write in plain language how you want the AI to behave when drafting quotes. Say which assumptions it may make, how your costs are built up, what you don't include in a quote by default, or in what tone you write your quotes.

Examples of useful instructions: "Always add a 10% markup on material costs for contingencies." Or: "Always show tax separately, even for private customers." Or: "Never include travel costs, I already factor those into my hourly rate." The more specific, the better the AI understands your way of working.

You don't have to write the instructions perfectly the first time. Start with a few basic rules and add to them as you notice the AI getting something wrong. It's a living document you can adjust based on experience.
