What documents should I upload?

Under "Documents" in the menu you can upload files the AI may use as background knowledge. Think of a detailed price list, a supplier's product catalog, technical specifications of materials, or standard methods you follow. The AI can use that information when drafting quotes.

Uploading is simple: click "Upload document" and pick a file. Supported formats are PDF, Word documents, and plain text files. After uploading, the AI processes the document and adds its content to the knowledge base for your account.

Documents aren't the same as your service catalog, which you manage separately under "Services". Documents are more background material: extra information that helps the AI make better decisions in unclear or complex situations. You don't strictly need to upload documents to get started, but the more relevant information you give, the more precise the quote suggestions become.
