Can I download a quote as PDF?

The quote editor has a Download button. It gives you the whole quote as a PDF: your company details, your logo, the customer details, all the lines and the totals. The same download also includes the photos, the attachments, your internal notes, and the AI conversation, plus a text file (data.md) that software and AI assistants can work with quickly.

That download is meant for your own records, not to send to the customer. The download also contains your internal notes, which aren't meant for the customer.

To your customer you don't send a file, but the personal link to the quote. That way the customer always sees the current version, can approve in one click, and you can see when the quote was viewed. See also: why we don't send PDF files to customers.
