Can I duplicate a quote?

On the quote page or in the quote overview you can duplicate a quote through the options menu. A new quote is created with the same line items, descriptions, and prices, but without the customer details. You fill those in afterwards for the new customer.

This is handy when you do similar work for several customers, or when you want to set up a template at the start of a project. The duplicated quote is completely separate from the original: changes to the copy have no effect on the original quote.

You can then adjust the copy further with the AI or by hand. Change quantities, add or remove lines, and update the customer details. That saves you the time of generating everything again when the basics are already in place.
