How do I edit a quote?

Every line item in a quote can be edited by hand. Click a row to change the description, quantity, unit, or price. You can also add new lines through the button at the bottom of the list, or delete existing lines.

At the top of the quote there are also fields for the header and a personal greeting or introduction. Those are editable too. That way you can add a specific note for this customer, or mention a different payment term.

You can mix AI edits and manual edits. Let the AI do the heavy lifting for the bulk of the line items, then adjust by hand the details the AI couldn't quite guess. That combines the best of both: speed and precision.
