Can AI analyze photos?

When you create a quote, you can add a photo of the situation you're quoting for. That could be a photo of a facade that needs painting, a bathroom being renovated, a garden being landscaped, or a space that needs cleaning.

The AI analyzes the photo and tries to recognize relevant information: the number of windows and doors, the estimated area, the type of materials, or the condition of the object. It combines that information with your description of the job and your own service catalog to generate a quote.

The photo analysis is a tool, not an exact measurement. The AI makes an estimate based on what it sees. Always check whether the measurements and quantities match what you measured or saw on site. A good photo from a stable viewpoint gives the AI more to work with than a blurry or crooked shot.

If you send a photo that has nothing to do with your trade (a landscape, a selfie, or something random), the AI does not invent a quote. You get back an empty draft, a short description of what the AI sees in the photo, and one targeted question to get clarity. Better a question back than an invented row of windows.
