Can I send a quote by email?

DoneQuote doesn't send emails automatically on your behalf. You copy the quote link and paste it into an email you send yourself from your own email program. That way you keep control over the tone of the accompanying message and the sender.

This has an advantage too: the email comes from your own address, not from an unknown system. Customers trust an email from their regular contact more than an automated message from a platform.

If you'd rather send a PDF as an attachment, you can export the quote as a PDF and add it to your email. Keep in mind that a PDF is a static file: if you change the quote later, you have to generate a new PDF and send it again.
